Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex business problems using internal and external data to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.

- Develop business cases, including impact validation approaches and ROI analysis, to prioritize potential projects for implementation.
- Ensure optimization and standardization of tools and processes to scale Smart Mfg/AI solutions across manufacturing sites.
- Lead projects requiring coordination and management of resources from global teams.
Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Artificial Intelligence.
- At least 10 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers, mid, and senior management levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through experience.
- Familiarity with Quality focused solution development for high-volume and high-mix production environments.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and present to small and large groups.
