Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including interventionalists, nurses, and KOLs
  • Pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services to staff and physicians
  • Provides technical case support to customers and provides the best clinical solution to patients and customers
  • Conducts market research including customer and competitor activities
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as needed
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years medical device sales experience (preferably)
  • Clinical experience in the interventional suite and/or hospital environment
  • Experience selling high physician preference medical devices, preferably in endovascular space and/or neurovascular space (catheter based)
  • Recognized sales professional with a proven track record of results in medical sales and training
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and sales skills
