Key Responsibilities

This role requires independence, technical depth, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with Medtronic quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.

Requirements

You will lead late-stage and in-flight qualification activities, collaborate with cross-functional partners including Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and external suppliers, and apply strong technical judgment to resolve complex manufacturing and validation challenges.
Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations. Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in manufacturing engineering, process qualification, or production support within a regulated environment.
