Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Product team in meeting the time to market, quality, yield and cost goals

Requirements

  • Analytical Thinker: able to assess problems, plan for experiments/next steps and drive team to execute
  • Experience in Product Management methodology, fab process and/or x86/GPU/High Speed IO operation is preferred
  • Lead technical teams to root-cause, and provide mitigation actions for any observations
  • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, able to prioritize, and balance multiple work streams to tight deadlines
  • Strong and effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with geographically distributed product engineering teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in leading medium to big teams
  • 15yrs or more experience in the semiconductor industry and worked on NPI
  • BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
