Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Product team in meeting the time to market, quality, yield and cost goals
- Interface with cross functional teams across the world to align and drive the product KPIs to meet the business goals
- Provide leadership to the global operations teams, drive alignment among teams to achieve product requirements
- Set goal, plan and coordinate margin improvement activities
- Lead effort to optimize product positioning to meet business requirements
- Accountable for product leadership and reports out regularly to executives on status, decisions, and solutions to issues
Requirements
- Analytical Thinker: able to assess problems, plan for experiments/next steps and drive team to execute
- Experience in Product Management methodology, fab process and/or x86/GPU/High Speed IO operation is preferred
- Lead technical teams to root-cause, and provide mitigation actions for any observations
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, able to prioritize, and balance multiple work streams to tight deadlines
- Strong and effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with geographically distributed product engineering teams
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in leading medium to big teams
- 15yrs or more experience in the semiconductor industry and worked on NPI
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
