Key Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement areas by applying continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies.
  • Design and deliver solutions across the business using process improvement techniques and innovative thinking.
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops to generate ideas and drive solutions.
  • Support the delivery of greater efficiency by identifying and eliminating unnecessary complexity in business processes.
  • Apply process mining methodology to identify trends and variations within existing processes.

  • Establish best practices and lessons learned to mature the continuous improvement program.
  • Ensure project objectives, business impact, and dependencies are identified, reported, and managed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated project management and process analysis skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Visio, Word, Excel-Macro/VBA, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Power Automate).
  • Proficiency in Process Mining Tools (preferably Celonis or similar).
  • Knowledge of Process Management, including modeling, analysis, assessment, and design.
  • Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and define clear requirements for solutions.
