Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Facilities expense governance processes, including reporting cadence, controls, and compliance standards.
  • Manage monthly Expense P2P performance by analyzing variances, identifying key cost drivers, and driving issue resolution across the global network.

  • Ensure continuous accuracy of Global Facilities expense data through consolidation, variance analysis, and key cost-driver identification.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and reporting materials to clearly communicate expense performance and risks.
  • Partner with Finance, Planning, IT, and System Owners to resolve data discrepancies across expense management systems.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and data management skills with a strong thinking process.
  • Proven ability to manage complex datasets and translate them into concise summaries.
  • Good understanding of Micron’s Expenditures process (knowledge of Facilities operations/engineering or cost model preferable).
  • Familiarity with cost information system applications such as SAP and SAC Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to maintain global relationships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data accuracy.
