Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure contractors submit accurate weekly and monthly reports on time

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in solar PV O&M, electrical maintenance, or related technical fields
  • Hands-on knowledge of solar PV systems including modules, inverters, racking, and protection systems
  • Experience in contractor supervision, site audits, and safety compliance
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to provide weekend and overtime support when required for critical issues
  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license with personal transportation is preferred
