Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically, 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to or experience in an HR Business Partner, HR advisory, or HR generalist role supporting business stakeholders
- Proven experience partnering business leaders on people‑related matters and providing practical, business‑aligned HR advice.
- Strong foundation across core HR areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
