Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring system health and security alerts within the Imperva Cloud Application Security platform
- Support engineers with configuration, troubleshooting, and customer integration activities
- Participate in guided investigations and help document findings for internal and customer use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, research, development, product) to understand how insights drive product improvements
- Contribute to knowledge base articles, documentation, and internal learning resources
- Proactively learn and stay updated on cloud security concepts, web applications, and networking basics
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Networking, or a related field
- Basic understanding of networking and web technologies (e.g., HTTP/S, DNS, TCP/IP, HTML, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with security concepts and an interest in web application security (knowledge of OWASP Top 10 is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
