Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works on electrical/power system equipment to meet quality objectives.
- Ensure the performance of electrical/power system equipment meets targets through effective scheduling of PM programs and coordination of CM activities.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules and staff duty rosters efficiently.
- Provide technical advice and instructions to subordinates, including subcontractors, ensuring documentation (drawings, manuals, work records) is current.
- Implement ISO procedures and carry out IPA/JSA & SSPP as assigned.
- Manage appointed contractors for rectification works and support ad hoc projects.
- Actively lead or participate in Kaizen Projects to enhance maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
