Key Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the management of multiple projects based at a Micron Facility.
- Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensuring quality control and cost control for on-time completion.
- Report project progress throughout the cycle, escalating deviations that may adversely impact the outcome.
- Ensure safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule targets.
- Establish effective project communication plans between engineering and construction disciplines.
- Collaborate with Global/Site Facilities, EHS, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and external agencies to coordinate design and construction.
- Identify risks and adverse influences to develop realistic delivery plans and ensure goals are met.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction, Building, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management within EPCM projects.
- Minimum of 15 years' working experience, including 10 years in construction.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role such as Senior Project Manager or Director.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- Demonstrated experience in Cost and Schedule management.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities for effective decision-making.
- Ability to integrate and work within a global multicultural team.
