Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PEE, PIE, and Planning teams to enable short to mid-term capacity and cycle time planning for the area.
- Identify area constraints and implement best known methods to resolve them effectively.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build infrastructure and train shift teams for effective area operation, including manufacturing system deployment.
- Drive productivity and quality improvement projects such as cycle time reduction, RPT improvement, and man model optimization.
- Participate in resolving gaps between actual vs. modeled performance data.
- Set up and maintain automated systems for product disposition.
- Define and streamline business processes at Probe to improve coordination across multiple teams.
- Explore and develop agentic AI approaches for performance health detection, analysis, prediction, and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Basic understanding of manufacturing concepts (capacity planning, cycle time, operations research, production planning/scheduling).
- Basic understanding of process/equipment knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and close inefficiency gaps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Adaptive to change in a high-pace manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
