Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for project-related materials, systems, and services to support long-term business goals

Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on capability, performance, compliance, and capacity with support of our supplier audit team
Oversee supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, quality, and delivery reliability
Address supply issues proactively, implement corrective actions, and maintain long-term supplier relationships

Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
Several years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project-oriented and technical environment
Proven experience in sourcing diesel system enclosure packagers and key components such as radiator, switchgear & control panel across Asia Pacific, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia
Demonstrated experience in driving supplier search & development, relationship building, technical requirement management, commercial negotiations, capacity planning & securing supplier commitments
Good understanding of value analysis, cost engineering and strategic sourcing methodologies
Excellent analytical abilities combined with a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications
Willingness and ability to travel internationally, primarily within Asia Pacific
