Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Science/Pharmaceutical/Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience managing people within the pharmaceutical industry
  • For Diploma candidates, at least 6 years’ experience in managing people is required
  • Experience in aseptic processing is a plus
  • Proven knowledge of cGMP requirements in Biologics/Pharmaceutical plants
  • Strong process understanding and a continuous improvement approach
