Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- NITEC in an Engineering discipline.
- Ability to work on three rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure.
- Effective communication skills (Proficiency in English required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
