Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain RDA monitoring strategies aligned to advanced packaging process requirements and equipment behavior.
- Identify equipment-related process sensitivities, interactions, and failure modes, particularly during NPI and early ramp.
- Drive improvements in tool stability, repeatability, and process window control through data-driven insights.
- Support deployment and tuning of new RDA capabilities, scripts, dashboards, and automation logic for new tools and package types.
- Analyze equipment and process performance metrics such as availability, stability, excursion rate, and recovery effectiveness.
- Support MTTR reduction, tool performance optimization, and process capability improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven ability to integrate process knowledge, equipment behavior, and automation intelligence.
- Experience in advanced packaging or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection & Classification (FDC).
- Ability to provide technical input for NPI readiness reviews and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive process improvements.
- Experience supporting equipment bring-up and stabilization phases.
