Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time problem analysis for equipment alarms/failures, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, Defect failure, and FDC failure to determine solutions.
- Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
- Implement user-friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures, and TPM initiatives.
- Report all basic inline investigations in real-time to relevant owners with full details.
- Respond to Lots on Hold, disposition lots in real time, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
- Set up preventive actions/solutions and robust systems to maintain good quality.
- Support operator training through spec documentation, establishing training materials, and training OJT trainers (line).
Requirements
- Diploma or 3 years above of process experience.
- Technical skills including problem-solving and statistical data analysis.
- Experience with Design of Experiment (DOE).
- Ability to perform 12 hours rotating shift.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and Office Suite.
- Business proficiency in English.
