Key Responsibilities

- Be responsible for Unit Level Traceability (ULT) with 2DID, formalizing and deploying it at OSATs.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any engineering or relevant discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience with NPI, qualification, production, and finishing procedures/processes in semiconductor EWS and test manufacturing.
- Familiarity with packing requirements for shipment.
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with OSATs.
- Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, including understanding of test application requirements (data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, SPL, PAT).
- Familiarity with semiconductor tester platforms, handlers, and probers.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation and communication skills.
