Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the HRBP leader and local stakeholders to translate company strategy into actionable human resource initiatives.
- Contribute significantly to annual HR initiatives and business-driven organizational and people strategies during annual planning cycles (AOP).
- Implement initiatives related to organization effectiveness, organizational design/development, succession planning, and workforce planning for regional businesses.
- Champion Lam Research’s core values as a role model of the company culture, built on honesty and integrity.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers in hiring activities, onboarding, and assimilating talent to meet growing business needs.
- Coach leaders on optimizing high-performing teams and leveraging shared services to address employee relations issues.
- Establish effective working relationships with regional COE leaders and teams to ensure successful talent and rewards strategies.
- Represent the SEA region in all HR matters, advocating for businesses and fitting to represent Lam externally on employer branding and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 6 years with a Master’s degree.
- Prior experience in an MNC matrixed organization within an HRBP role, partnering with business leaders.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and act with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong understanding of how to balance strategic vision with business acumen to maximize resource investment and impact.
- Possess strong interpersonal and influence skills to build rapport with stakeholders and Global Human Resources.
- Motivated independent professional capable of working with minimum supervision through to impactful execution.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and experienced in complex HR and matrix environments.
- Excellent customer relationship management and consultation skills, including influencing and collaboration.
