Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of FE ME operation/equipment metrics, capacity readiness processes, business processes, and Best Known Methods (BKMs) across all sites.
- Govern Fab Manufacturing Engineering operational ground rules to ensure consistent alignment of methodologies, metrics, and best practices globally.
- Act as a global/area technical SME to optimize area operations, systems integration, and digital ecosystem adoption, driving global standardization of BKMs into long‑term ME blueprints.
- Analyze line performance, equipment utilization, OEE, workstation/block WPD, and capacity readiness using Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proactively drive area efficiency improvement by deep‑diving into root causes of equipment availability losses, operating losses, and baseline capability gaps.
- Forecast potential roadblocks in constraint workstation management and develop mitigation plans with Site Manufacturing Managers.
- Lead proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of automation solutions, scheduling enhancements, BKM dashboards, and digital reporting to improve fab productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant semiconductor engineering roles.
- Strong cultural awareness and agility to drive alignment across sites using in‑person and digital collaboration tools.
