Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of equipment technicians in achieving up time, output, yield, quality and cost targets

Drive permanent solutions to resolve equipment issues

Drive/contribute in equipment fault investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic equipment issues, and institute permanent resolutions to assure product quality and enhance process robustness
Enforce on equipment maintenance controls and execution to conform to work instructions and procedures

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge in semiconductor process technology
Possess strong technical competencies in his field of study
Good knowledge of statistical and quality tools
Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment at work
Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word
Relevant knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing processes and equipment
Good communications and interpersonal skills, and good team player
Systematic troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Application of quality and SPC tools at work
Dynamic, resourceful, creative, innovative and self-driven
A strong analytical mind and able to organize works to identify the root cause of problems
Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
