Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full P&L and business, ensuring operational excellence and the achievement of Gross Margin and Division Margin targets through disciplined financial management and continuous performance optimization.
- Develop, communicate, and execute an annual strategic business plan aligned with sales, margin, and profitability commitments.
- Proactively identify market opportunities and competitive dynamics to shape long-term portfolio strategy and enhance market positioning.
- Lead a regional organization composed of direct and dotted-line reports; ensure teams are equipped with the training, tools, and resources required to deliver exceptional performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric execution.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build organizational capability and succession depth across the region.
- Identify evolving customer needs and guide teams in demonstrating the strategic and economic value of informatics solutions to healthcare, laboratory, and diagnostic customers.
- Drive demand generation by identifying new customer-centric products, services, and digital solutions that increase revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate regularly in field travel to assess market conditions, strengthen key customer relationships, and provide coaching and support to regional teams.
- Collaborate closely with product management, R&D, finance, service, and other stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility, value, and commercialization potential of new or customized digital health offerings.
- Engage routinely with cross-functional and regional leaders to ensure effective alignment between corporate strategy, regional priorities, and operational execution.
- Support the development of business cases, ROI models, and innovative commercial structures to drive adoption of SaaS-based digital health products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, informatics, or related discipline preferred.
- Extensive experience leading and executing complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
- Advanced knowledge of the APAC digital health market, including interoperability and communication frameworks across lab middleware, LIMS, and EMR ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in laboratory workflow processes, informatics solutions, and communication interfaces within diagnostic environments.
- Demonstrated experience in ROI development for medical SaaS products and understanding of SaaS billing models, contract structures, and commercial deployment strategies.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, digital health, diagnostics, or related industries with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams to achieve shared business outcomes.
- Documented record of gaining market share, expanding markets, and successfully renewing or defending strategic business relationships.
- Strong sales acumen within the diagnostic industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
