Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to company's environmental safety health policy, standard operating procedures, and risk assessment protocols during all work.
- Plan and implement equipment hookup for new, conversion, unhooking, and relocation tools to meet high quality standards and schedules.
- Plan, track, and update the utilities database supporting manufacturing production tools.
- Review and approve equipment hookup drawings.
- Lead all tool install contractors' site work activities to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and safe work procedures.
- Manage hookup project schedules and manpower assignments.
- Perform utilities and cleanroom system fixing, including root-cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead the development of documentation for continual improvement in Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
- Control costs associated with the area by minimizing expenditures and promoting cost reduction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all levels.
- Ability to drive continual quality improvement, reliability improvement, and cost reduction programs.
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
