Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert for dry etch processes, hardware, and applications in NAND technology development.

- Lead advancements in Dry Etch technology and essential module development for Micron NAND.
- Develop and innovate dry etch methods to satisfy structural and electrical requirements for advanced technology nodes.
- Lead innovative (FOAK) dry etch process development, including recipe architecture, EPD strategy, and control plans.
- Provide technical mentorship and direction to SMTS/STS engineers, raising the overall dry etch technical capability within the organization.
- Represent Micron Singapore NAND dry etch interests at international conferences and cross-site technical forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a research and development environment.
- Deep domain expertise in dry etch physics/chemistry is essential.
- Ability to operate innovative dry etch chambers and lead the process roadmap to achieve program and yield targets.
- Strong background in plasma physics, surface interactions, or related fields.
- Ability to collaborate and lead multi-functional teams to solve sophisticated structural problems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate external industry findings into internal technical advantages.
- Strong presentation skills for executive meetings regarding process and technology roadmaps.
