Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Technical Field Authority, providing consultation and support to Global, Regional, and Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams.
- Develop, review, and maintain Micron's global standards, specifications, and best-known methods (BKMs).
- Analyze system designs to identify improvements for better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings.
- Support global design and construction project teams in engineering and design development for large-scale facilities infrastructure expansion projects.
- Develop system design concepts for deployment in design and construction projects, reviewing packages and providing detailed feedback.
- Lead global facilities programs and initiatives, defining objectives, roadmaps, and high-level implementation plans.
- Lead global sustainability programs focused on emissions, energy, water, wastewater, and green infrastructure design pillars.
- Provide problem analysis support using standard tools and methodologies across various engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 15 years of experience in the semiconductor and facilities-related industry or other process industry.
