Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financials of EPD Cluster through the implementation of appropriate controls and procedures.
- Develop and implement sound financial strategies aligned with EPD’s strategic objectives.
- Lead the quarterly financial budgeting process (LBE), ensuring robust P&L assumptions and risk consideration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply Chain, NBD, Com Ex) to assess business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of success in finance/accounting at a senior level.
- Proven experience leading a team of finance professionals.
- Proficiency in English communication is required.
- Ability to drive and prepare quarterly budgeting processes (LBE) with underlying analysis.
- Experience in regional management is a plus.
