Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps. Leading end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short and long‑term business objectives.
- Provide insights on talent availability and market trends.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in talent attraction and selection by applying best-practices strategies to improve diversity in hiring and internal mobility.
- Lead key TA projects and initiatives, including but not limited to talent branding, career fairs, process improvement and STEM outreach efforts.
- Deliver exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices, facilitate/lead debrief sessions and support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Manage expectations from stakeholders and timelines with proactive communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within an in-house Talent Acquisition function with exposure to regional recruitment.
- Proven track record of recruiting diverse roles varying in complexity and hiring volume, especially in recruiting technology and engineering talent.
- Has experience developing sourcing strategies, data-driven recruitment and possess ability to use data to drive recruitment strategy.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS platforms (Workday), workforce analytics tools (PowerBI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in complex and large organisation/MNC is an advantage.
- Experience in the recruitment of support functions/commercial roles is an advantage.
- Possess ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise.
