Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Deep understanding of Illumina’s market position, strategy, goals, and corporate structure.
- Proven ability to manage projects, people, customer expectations, and business priorities to exceed goals.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, plans, and expenses for key initiatives.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to consult with senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively on cross-functional/matrixed teams, influencing without direct authority.
- Experience leading direct, indirect, and virtual teams in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across global time zones and cultures.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
