Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sign-off Group on NPA and TPRR initiatives sign-off.

- Actively participate in NPA kick-off meetings, representing Group Ops stakeholders and following through on actions.
- Design a monitoring flow to track NPA post-launch issues.
Requirements
- Ability to represent Group Operations in negotiations regarding review and sign-off Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure internal Group Operations Unit sign-offs are provided within the agreed TAT.
- Provide support to manage proposing units regarding initiative sign-offs.
- Escalate issues and blockers encountered during the sign-off process to the NPA Champion.
