Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing and purchasing Tender and Project Execution activities for both Intra group and Outside group procurement.
  • Define and deploy supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the complete procurement process from identifying business opportunities to sourcing from internal and external vendors, all the way through to execution.
  • Manage Supplier selection process for a specific project by analyzing continuously stakes, risks/opportunities and the constraints related to each project.
  • Identify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities without impacting service levels.
  • Assess risks on the supply chain and transfer/mitigate it as early as possible through audit, contractual clauses, supplier development plan.
  • Negotiate Terms & Conditions (T&C) with suppliers securing 'back to back' and 'If & When' conditions versus Schneider Electric customer conditions. Contractual with suppliers, managing potential claims with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services with the best parameters of cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering and/or Supply Chain & Logistics (Preferred).
  • Professional Supply Chain Certification (CPSM, ISM, etc) is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years in supply chain operations with focus in procurement.
  • Experience in Building/ Energy/ Power Management System or EPC Project-based supply chain environment is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to connect, influence & convince suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and complex organization.
  • Proven leadership skills in project contexts with a focus on business objectives.
  • Change management capabilities and process-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
