Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing and purchasing Tender and Project Execution activities for both Intra group and Outside group procurement.
Define and deploy supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the complete procurement process from identifying business opportunities to sourcing from internal and external vendors, all the way through to execution.
Manage Supplier selection process for a specific project by analyzing continuously stakes, risks/opportunities and the constraints related to each project.
Identify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities without impacting service levels.
Assess risks on the supply chain and transfer/mitigate it as early as possible through audit, contractual clauses, supplier development plan.
Negotiate Terms & Conditions (T&C) with suppliers securing 'back to back' and 'If & When' conditions versus Schneider Electric customer conditions. Contractual with suppliers, managing potential claims with suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and services with the best parameters of cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering and/or Supply Chain & Logistics (Preferred).
Professional Supply Chain Certification (CPSM, ISM, etc) is a plus.
Minimum 4 - 5 years in supply chain operations with focus in procurement.
Experience in Building/ Energy/ Power Management System or EPC Project-based supply chain environment is an advantage.
Strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to connect, influence & convince suppliers.
Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and complex organization.
Proven leadership skills in project contexts with a focus on business objectives.
Change management capabilities and process-driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
