Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the new construction project planning process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
  • Strong financial understanding and experience in project cost estimate, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Construction Project management software, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude.
