Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the new construction project planning process.
- Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with user requirements.
- Prepare new project Space, Cost & schedule reports and long-term plan reports for management review.
- Develop and manage initial project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Ensure Roles, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities are fully understood by the project team members.
- Collect, classify, and evaluate data to support Micron's new construction project planning evaluation requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
- Strong financial understanding and experience in project cost estimate, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Construction Project management software, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude.
