Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive project plan, establishing the team, defining roles, and creating communication, change management, and training plans.
- Drive Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by partnering with global sites to detail and complete UAT plans for ERP system implementations and code changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive sponsors to detail the blueprint, ensuring the ERP system meets organizational requirements and objectives.
- Analyze operational procedures, identify problems, and collaborate with business users to develop process solutions and prepare workflowcharts.
- Translate detailed business requirements into User Stories for ERP improvements, ensuring data quality and consistency during transfer to support interfaces.
- Manage and lead small to medium-sized business process and solution-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, including managing ERP implementation from initiation to deployment.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Excel/Access, SQL).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
