Key Responsibilities

- Influence decision-making within FLT to emphasize shareholder value creation, financial discipline, and informed risk-taking.
- Lead the front end finance team to provide accurate data, in-depth analysis, actionable insights, and recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial processes and systems to continuously improve the productivity of the front end finance team.
- Provide independent financial oversight to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and Micron policies.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, including talent development, succession planning, and team resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- At least 15 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, or other high-tech industries preferred.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in globally dispersed teams.
