Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Trade Finance transactions authorization and provide second-level checks (Import/Export/SBLC issuance).
- Oversee day-to-day operations and analyze department processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.

- Implement effective operational processes and procedures, providing guidance and training to staff on SOPs and Bank policies.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set Goals (KPI).
- Experience in managing operational processes within banking or a highly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and control checks.
- Ability to make critical operational decisions under pressure.
