Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of UPW and WWTP systems to ensure efficient performance within specified parameters.

  • Troubleshoot routine and non-routine issues promptly to restore services following system failures.

  • Collaborate with system engineers on environmental sustainability projects, focusing on energy reduction and water conservation.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities following SOP, Risk Assessment (RA), and Permit to Work (PTP) requirements.
  • Respond immediately to out-of-spec conditions and plant interruptions, minimizing downtime.
  • Generate and update maintenance work orders and monitor inventories using the Facility Management System (FMS).
  • Adhere to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles during all operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in water or wastewater systems, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) devices for PM/CM activities.
  • Ability to perform Permit to Work (PTP) and Risk Assessment (RA) for maintenance work.
