Key Responsibilities
- Manage accident reporting and explain the claims process to various stakeholders (e.g., Bus Captain, Taxi/Private Hire Vehicle Hirer, Relief driver).
- Ensure company losses are recovered from third parties or defend against claimants arising from road accidents.
- Arrange and liaise with workshops or relevant parties, including third-party insurers, solicitors, and passengers on behalf of SMRT Buses / Strides Premier Fleet.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant departments within SMRT Buses / Strides Premier Fleet or its associates/agents regarding any claim pursuit.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in General Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in processing Motor insurance claims.
- Results-oriented and effective team player with attention to detail regarding business processes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problem causes and recommend solutions.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
