Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrated leadership experience from academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Proven problem-solving abilities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why analysis, or Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- High level of personal initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
