Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality management systems.
- Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and maintain product integrity.
- Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error-proofing measures and reduce manual touchpoints.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation, training records, and compliance evidence.
- Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement using statistical and AI-assisted techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or any related engineering discipline.
- Understanding of semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes.
- Familiarity with reliability tests such as thermal/humidity stress, temperature cycling, reflow, HTOL, ELFR, or HNBTI.
- Familiarity with quality systems, process control, and audit requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mindset emphasizing continuous improvement and striving for excellence.
