Key Responsibilities
- Lead gas system design for construction projects across various sites.
- Technically lead a global cross-functional team focused on achieving operational excellence with site Gas systems engineers.
- Drive improvement in utility quality through variation reduction using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Drive alignment on common methodologies including SPC, conformance, SIPP’s, MOC, and 8D problem-solving across the network.
- Identify and deploy cost reduction efforts while optimizing and reducing energy usage for Gas systems across the network.
- Assess and ensure effective Predictive Maintenance (PM) programs, procedures, and checklists across the network.
- Analyze and benchmark equipment performance to drive Best-In-Class approaches across the network.
- Review site sustaining capital requests in collaboration with construction/engineering teams.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of site bulk and specialty gas systems operational and maintenance capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects involving Gas system design for construction.
