Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at assigned site(s) through training sessions and workshops.
  • Track, assess, and communicate the progress of Standardization and TPM adherence for assigned site(s).

  • Standardize Preventative Maintenance Procedures across the Facilities network.

  • Lead standardization projects to align operations and maintenance across all sites.
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Facilities Operations & Maintenance or Engineering in facilities, semiconductor, or other manufacturing.
  • Project management experience with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative to complete work, training, and projects.
