Key Responsibilities

  • Own IDS site and regional budgets, staffing plans, vendor strategy, and spend management in partnership with Finance.
  • Identify and proactively manage technology, operational, financial, security, and compliance risks impacting the site and region.

Requirements

  • Proven executive-level leadership experience in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives and manage enterprise systems ownership.
  • Strong background in commercial and operational systems, including order-to-cash and manufacturing-to-delivery workflows.
  • Experience leading global capability centers or multinational site operations is required.
  • Ability to provide executive oversight into technology enablement across Manufacturing, R&D, and Engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively across global time zones.
  • International travel required (approximately 10–20%).
