Key Responsibilities
- Lead identification, prioritization, and execution of complex, cross-functional projects aligned with business strategy.
- Own end-to-end program governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive escalation.
- Champion the adoption of AI technologies (Generative AI, ML) to enhance project delivery and transform business processes.
- Serve as a senior process steward, establishing and optimizing business processes, frameworks, and standards to elevate PMO maturity.
- Design and manage executive-level dashboards and performance reporting, driving accountability for organizational KPIs.
- Lead structured dialogues with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on program health and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programs on schedule, within scope, and budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Experience partnering with manufacturing and operations teams regarding A&T constraints.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic transformation initiatives delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in performance tracking, metrics definition, and executive reporting.
