Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimized test coverage across current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes for high-volume manufacturing.
- Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation HBM products to ensure reliability and market readiness.
- Provide design verification support for new products, including in-depth circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
- Improve manufacturing test yields (DRAM, Interface, Stacked Die) and reduce overall test time to meet cost targets.
- Drive innovation to provide a technical advantage over competitors in HBM manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fab, Product Leads, Design Engineering, Technology Development, and Test Solutions Engineering.
- Make critical technical decisions regarding risk analysis and project prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HBM product engineering or advanced memory technologies.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs: Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, and Scale.
- Experience with manufacturing test flow development and validation.
- Ability to perform circuit debug, test coverage optimization, and develop innovative test strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills in yield improvement and process optimization.
- Excellent technical communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to cross-functional partners.
