Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing Sentosa Express stations, including all facilities and amenities.
  • Conducting regular station inspections and security checks on facilities like escalators, lifts, and amenities.
  • Coordinating with SDC Command Centre(s) to report and follow up on faults requiring rectification.
  • Managing crowd control, including deploying barricades for station evacuation and queue line management.
  • Providing warm service and proactively assisting guests with needs such as priority boarding for elderly or wheelchair users.
  • Managing the deployment of signages and directing guests to alternate transport modes during delays or disruptions.
  • Assisting in the detrainment of scheduled or unscheduled monorails.
  • Providing first-line maintenance of PGD/PSD according to approved SOP for fault recovery.
  • Providing information to Sentosa guests regarding transportation, attractions, and events.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent and assessed to be competent in accordance with industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset and pleasant disposition.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in response to station operational requirements.
  • Willingness to perform rotating shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
