Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and improve equipment performance indices to meet operational goals while providing first-line technical support during rotating/swing shifts.
- Perform preventive maintenance and Level 1 & 2 troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Manage the supply chain for consumables, including setting up systems for dummy wafers, chemicals, and coater cups.
- Control and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize cost while preventing downtime due to part unavailability.
- Document preventive maintenance and recovery procedures, track machine performance, and review data for continuous improvement.
- Forecast preventive maintenance schedules and consumables usage.
- Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments according to specifications.
- Involve in machine part repair and R&M reduction activities for self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Basic engineering knowledge including semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic control systems, and digital principles.
- Familiarity with wafer fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft business applications.
- Ability to perform under time-constrained situations.
