Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical systems including HVAC, exhaust systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and cleanroom air systems.

- Apply quality tools like 8D & 5 WHY analysis for troubleshooting incidents.
- Initiate and lead energy savings and sustainability projects.
- Perform procurement tasks for facilities system equipment upkeep.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
- Basic engineering understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, and thermodynamics is mandatory.
- Ability to perform automation using MS Office suite, including Excel VBA.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
