Key Responsibilities
- Mentor the team in analyzing experimental process flows to detect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement (CIP) by seeking ways to enhance operations and make meaningful contributions.
- Develop inspection technology roadmaps to guide internal and external partners toward future advanced memory needs.
- Manage projects both within the immediate team and across various functional areas.
- Direct the team in recognizing, identifying, and raising awareness regarding process anomalies.
- Develop clear metrics for program health and communicate findings effectively to set program priorities.
- Improve detection techniques and explore novel applications for existing tools to pinpoint relevant process issues.
- Actively participate in technical meetings and synthesize new opportunities or novel approaches from discussions.
- Collaborate with the global network to establish best known methods and maintain site alignment.
Requirements
- PhD or Masters in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- 6-8 years of RDA experience in the semiconductor industry focused on process development for Equipment/Applications.
- 6-8 years of experience in RDA Defect, semiconductor optical, and electron beam inspection methods/e-beam technologies.
- Exposure to various tools including KLA and AMAT.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive effective change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong combination of flexibility and tenacity in pursuing technical goals.
- Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills.
