Key Responsibilities

- Train on and support the use of commercial excellence tools, including Salesforce Summit and PowerBI, ensuring accurate reporting adoption.
- Design, coordinate, and execute annual examinations and assessments for all field sales team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a complex selling environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven success in hospital or medical sales is required.
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering commercial sales training curriculum.
- Field travel (approximately 50%) is required for coaching and new hire training.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to influence business objectives.
- Experience in adult learning concepts is beneficial.
