Requirements

  • Proven success in hospital or medical sales is required.
  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering commercial sales training curriculum.
  • Field travel (approximately 50%) is required for coaching and new hire training.
  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to influence business objectives.
  • Experience in adult learning concepts is beneficial.
