Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the Metro RDA PDE technical strategy supporting advanced packaging and NPI manufacturing.
- Establish clear priorities for process and equipment monitoring, diagnostics, and automation aligned to NPI and ramp needs.
- Drive alignment between site execution and global RDA standards, roadmaps, and procedures.
- Partner with Advanced Packaging, NPI, Process, and Equipment leaders to ensure RDA PDE readiness for new products and technologies.
- Oversee development and sustainment of RDA, SPC, and FDC strategies that improve tool stability and process robustness.
- Identify systemic gaps in process or equipment capability and sponsor improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key interface between Metro RDA PDE and Site/Global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide strategic, technical, and people leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience driving process control and equipment capability within advanced packaging or NPI.
- Ability to balance short-term NPI execution needs with long-term scalability to HVM.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of process monitoring, diagnostics, and automation in high-tech manufacturing.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Process, and Equipment teams.
