Requirements

  • PhD in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, OR Bachelor's/Master's in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years of semiconductor dry etch process development background.
  • Proven track record of strong publications, patents, or invention disclosures.
  • Strong interest in technology development and crafting production-worthy technologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and analysis software tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
