Key Responsibilities
- Rapid deployment of new NAND process technologies.

- Integrate best-known manufacturing methods into the early development phase of upcoming nodes.
Requirements
- PhD in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, OR Bachelor's/Master's in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years of semiconductor dry etch process development background.
- Proven track record of strong publications, patents, or invention disclosures.
- Strong interest in technology development and crafting production-worthy technologies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and analysis software tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
